# Theme Troubleshooting

## A setting is rejected

Fetch the current document schema and compare the field name and value type.
Unknown keys and unsupported block types are rejected intentionally.

## The preview shows an older change

Reload the draft and confirm you edited the expected theme and page. If another
editor published a newer revision, reconcile your change against that revision.

## Publishing reports a revision conflict

Another save or publish won the optimistic-concurrency check. Fetch the latest
draft, reapply the focused change, preview, and publish again.

## The live storefront is unavailable

Confirm that the theme has a valid published document and that it is active.
If the dashboard state is correct, contact Shoppex Support with the shop domain,
theme ID, approximate time, and request ID if one is shown.
